This is a role which involves working independently with people with disabilities and additional needs of all ages, predominantly children and young people.
• Welcome and develop positive relationships with members, families and support staff to create a supportive environment.
• Prepare Sensory Room, the hydrotherapy pool and activity areas for each booking.
• Ensure visitors and support staff are familiar with centre guidelines and equipment use.
• Coordinate the smooth running of the weekly Snoezey Sunday, ensuring all activity areas are welcoming, safe and well maintained.
• Process bookings, payments and enquiries both in person and by telephone or email.
• Act as a key holder.
